Where are all my friends who woke up with anxiety this morning?

I know I know, you hear me say this all the time but you can’t stop me. 😉
There is nothing wrong when you are feeling anxious.

Anxiety isn’t a problem.
It doesn’t need to be fixed.
It’s simply a vibration in your body.
A vibration that wants to be acknowledged and felt.
That’s it.
And as we know, our anxiety comes from our thoughts.
For me, it’s usually something that starts off like:
“I don’t know.”
And when I stay in the place of “I don’t know”, I notice that I feel anxious.
Not a problem. But good to know.
Because I would rather feel something else.
And here’s the mind blowing thing I have realized.

My anxiety actually dissipates when I instead feel belief, when I feel confidence, when I feel love.
And not just those emotions in general.
But specifically in relation to me.
When I truly, madly, deeply believe in and love ME.
Like all of me.
My anxiety decreases.
When I believe in me, then I believe in my ability to
And I stop spending any more time, not one more second, second guessing or doubting myself, my life or my choices.
Instead, I spend my energy
loving myself
supporting myself
caring for myself
no matter what
because…
When I treat myself like I am my favourite person on the planet who is capable of all the things, my anxiety dissipates.
When the relationship I have with myself is full of trust, belief and love, I am no longer filled with the “I don’t knows”.
Because I deeply believe that I will figure it all out. No matter what.
And it feels so damn good.
